TOOL ROOM

As the strategic hub of all our design efforts, the tool room is equipped with high precision hardware to translate blueprints into flawless dies for quality forging results. accurate templates, jigs and fixtures all contribute towards this end.

The die Shop also has its own quality control system in operation. This includes an audit control system in operation. This includes audit checks of dies for dimensional accuracy, tolerance and pinpointing possible flaws and aberrations.

KSCE Rubber & Plastic components are manufactured using state of the art machinery and latest technological tools. From Tooling to Rubber Mixing to Machining Shop ,CNC,VMC,

Automatic Band Saw Machine, Cylindrical Winder, Centre less Winder, Lathe, Vertical Milling Machine, Horizontal Milling Machine, Drill Machine, Hydraulic Roll Thread (Compression, Transfer & Injection Molding) ensure delivery of quality components with Precision and Accuracy.  Our technical Designers, Engineers and Technicians work hand in hand to develop and deliver products of the highest quality.
